Having been an account holder with Natwest Bank for about 11 years now I can honestly say that I have never had cause to complain at the level of service that I have recieved from the Bank. The cashiers have always been very helpful and knowledgable of the services and products that this financial institution has to offer the public. The one drawback has been the closure of some of the branches near to where I live but this is only in line with mergers and the way that banking has changed over the years. I would strongly recommend that if you are looking to change your bank account that you look no further than the National Westminster Bank for real quality service.
