I have been with the Natwest now for around 10 years. My mother banked with them and so did my grandmother; at all times they have been absolutely wonderful. Yes, there have been issues (no one is perfect), but these have all been resolved satisfactorily and quickly. They take time to understand your needs as a customer, always ensuring that you get the best possible return on your money and investments. Their branches are clean, well-maintained and easily found. Their online services are simple to use and effective. I have two current accounts, an ISA, a credit card and a savings account and I wouldn't change any of them. They also helped me sort out my investments, and have also been on hand to advise about mortgages. The staff are friendly, yet professional; they are always ready to assist and aid wherever possible. It is easy to get an appointment and these are equally valuable.

Summary: Superb; have served the family well for decades.
