Natwest has been my bank for a long time now and i am really pleased with the good quality of the service that they have provided. I started my account in the small town of cranbrook and i have never had any complaints with that branch in particular.

I have been charged a number of times for going over my overdraft limit but i have always been refunded the amount that i was charged for going over. I have a reaonably larger overdraft with my account as well which is really quite pleasing. They also provided my with a credit card for those months that are really difficult to get by without a little back up funding.

The natwest online banking system is also really quite good. It is easy to use and the best thin of all is that it is safe as well. You can make online payments via the website as well. The telephine banking system is also second to none. I am really pleased with everything that i have been provided with the quality of Natwest banking system.

I would thoroughly recommend this bank to students especially as the overdraft that they provide is quite high and the customer service is brilliant.

Summary: Good bank, should be considered.
