No £p Interest in Me (Natwest Bank)

I have been with Nat West for many many years- so you would think I was deliriously happy- I am not. The customer care is good, their support is good and I rarely have a problem with them. What annoys me is there reliance on customers like me, customers who just cannot be bothered to change banks. They know this and the fact that I earn a ridiculously low rate of interest on my current account when I could be earning an above inflationary rate by switching-says a lot about me- but in my opinion more about them- they rely on me and others like me and doesn't that show a certain contempt for their customers? I like the fact they haven't moved their call centres abroad as we certainly need the jobs in the U.K. but I need to be earning interest- so if you are looking for a current account -I would avoid Nat West and earn yourself some interest- however if you don't care about interest- they are a good bank.

Summary: Good for support and advice- very poor on interest
