i had been with natwest since i was around the age of 11 and they sent some one to our school to groom us in to becomeing customers. Who realy needs a bank account at this age? Any way i joined up and all was good until my eighteenth birthday. i was landed with an over draft four credit cards a cheque book and a meastro card, why, i do not know.

I told them i did not want them and so they took them all. then i came a bit unstuck and needed to get a loan for university, and they gave me one and another and another. Can you realy justify giveing a student three loans with no income to pay it back?

So lets get on to customer service or the lack of it. Picture this: its the 23rd of december and its pay day. You want to get all the last bits and bobs , well in my case your presents for everyone and you walk in the bank to get some money out only to learn theres none there. money had gone in an a reserve had been placed on it for the next day. could they stop it? no. even when i told them it was fradulant i was told it might just be a large bill? a large bill for what exactly. . . food shopping. i no people go a bit mad at christmas but this took the buiscuite. It turned out Natwest sent my cheque book to some one up north who cashed several in cash generator which may i add will also get an equaly good review if i find them on hear.

So christmas came along not many presents and no money in the bank i just wanted to sit and cry all day. what did natwest do to apoligise nothing but whack a sweet charge on for the cheques going through and taking me over drawn woohoo for natwest!

as you can tell i think the bank is patetic and no longer bank with them.

Summary: wouldnt trust them to clean the streets
