I’ve been with Natwest for about 3 or 4 years now.

The Customer service ive received has always been good, ive lost my card 3 times since I’ve joined Natwest and each time, they replaced within 4 days!

I can use my card at any cash machine in England, and even some in other countries. Last year when I went on holiday to Mexico, I was able to withdraw money from any of the high street machines! Which turned out to be very useful, because we didn’t have to change any money while we were over there at one of those 'burro de change' places that charge an absolute fortune.

From time to time I also receive random special offers, and chances to enter competitions, to win washing machines and personal CD players etc!

Setting up direct debits were also easy enough, with minimum effort required on my part.

The rate of interest in my account is also at around 4%! Which is very high compares to my other accounts!

It also lets me buy stuff over the Internet and in shops, which is also useful.

As yet I’ve never had a problem with my account, and so would recommend natwest to anyone!

well 1)if you read the review at the top of the list (supposidley the best review, all thay write about is the fact that they were quick to send them a new card!! and you have a go at me!!?
2)The account that i personally have, does have a high rate of intrest, its one of the solo card ones, and most of the people i know that have a natwest account, also have a high rate of intrest. - Uc@s

As Kay says, I'm sure that there must be a lot more to Nat West than you've said. I would also dispute that they pay a high rate of interest on most of their accounts. In common with most of the other High St Banks there interest rates tend to be on the low side.
