Advantages: GOOD PROMPT ACTION

Disadvantages: None as far as I'm concerned

On a recent shopping trip I inadvertently left a bag containing some shopping by a table in the food area of the shopping centre, needless to say when I realised what I had done and returned to where I had been sitting the bag of shopping had gone (I hope the shoes and jumper didnt fit them).

In the bag was the receipt which had my switch card number on it, so when I got home I phoned Nat west to ask for advice, they told me that to be on the safe side it would be advisable to cancel my switch card and this was duly done.

With the prospect of having to wait weeks before a replacement card was issued the Nat West customer service dept assured me a new card and pin number would be issued as soon as possible, even after this statement I still thought I would have to wait a couple of weeks, how wrong I was.

The pin number for my replacement card came within two days and the replacement card came on the third day, what service.

Nat west, what more can I say but thank you that was excellent service.
