I have been a customer of NatWest for about 8 years now, and since 1998 have used their online banking system. The site is very easy to access, at nwolb.com, which takes you directly to online banking. Signing up was very easy, and the passwords were recieved in the post in a few days.

As soon as I recieved them, I gave it a try. Signing on was very easy, you even get to choose your password. Also, it is very easy to remember your user name - it is just your date of birth followed by a four-digit number. The site is very fast and extremely easy to use. On it you can check your balance, download statements from quite a long time ago, nd also check your direct debits. It is extremely good if you want to check your cashflow before spending your hard earnt cash on the internet!

I have used various other online banking systems, including HSBC, Lllyods TSB and Barclays. I found that NatWest has the most easy and efficient system. Lloyds is more of a hassle to sign up for - you have to ring the number to activate it - suppose it is good for security, but is just more of a hassle. HSBC is quite easy to sign up for - but I did mine in the branch. Barclays - I just don't the view of the website, but it is quite good.

Overall, I think that NatWest have done extremely well - I have never had a problem with it in 6 years. You can also activate debit cards I think on the site and allpy for various accounts and credit cards. I cannot praise them enough.
