Even though I have only been with this bank for a couple of months, I would have to say that I think that Natwest is a great bank and one of the best around. When I went to open an account I thought it was going to take weeks to process, but once opened, I could deposit money on the same day, and my Pin number cam about four days later. They make banking really easy.

Also, they have a great online banking system which saves you going to the bank itself if you need to make a payment or set up a direct debt. You can also look at a bank statement, showing all of the recent activity on your account, including all withdraws and desosits, showing where they came from.

When you put some money into your account, you are sent a slip showing your new balance through the post, and also inform you when money has been withdrew. This way, you know is their is any suspious activity going on.

Natwest take the secruity of clients information and money very seriously, which all banks must do, but this bank seems to just that one step further. They will automatically lock your account upon your request.

As of yet, I havent incurred any bank charges, which is brilliant, and I dont think that I will. In all a trustworthy bank and I would definitely recommend it.

Summary: A great bank and I feel safe with them.
