Advantages: Free, Efficient, Convenient

Disadvantages: May not always be free

I am writing more about the FastPay service which is on line by Nat West than their online banking, (which I, as a Halifax customer don't use.) This allows you to transfer money to other people via their phone or e-mail and that is all. The bank checks the details and handles the rest of the system so you have no problems. There are not any charges at the moment although I have heard that they may introduce them in September if they haven't got enough people on line with it, so please go check it out at least, especially if you are one of those people who borrows money from others a lot or uses the web for transactions. I think that the FastPay service is an excellent system. I have had no problems in the few weeks I have been using it and I have yet to meet anyone who has, (and quite a few of my friends have now joined the scheme as well after I told them about it.) I also like the silly little moolah mouse creature with its squeaky voice and I would recommend NatWest gives these away with each account as the one way to improve the service.
