I have recently begun the process of moving my current account to Nationwide after having banked with NatWest for the last ten years. I am not impressed with their time lagged website, lack of messaging facility and generally for their poorly trained and totally unhelpful customer services staff. As far as i'm concerned they have made one to many cock-ups.

NatWest and others like them have got away with poor service for too long. We all need to stop settling with with our banks if they are not performing. It's time we showed them how we feel by moving if we don't get what we want.

Remember its your money they have!!!
