Natwest Direct Business BankingNewest Review: ... own allocated business banking contact instead. Now that's what I call a listening Bank! But I would say, I have banked for my own small business with the NatWest for some years now, and have found them to be a good bank for a small business. They are responsive to my needs, and generally pretty flexible. We have been with NatWest Direct Business Banking for around 8 months now. The service has been exceptional.
The only negative I have found is International bank transfers, we make quite a large number of them to outside of the EU.
Unfortunately with NatWest a branch visit is required for each transfer which is quite an annoyance.
Other than that, exceptional account, very good offers for startup companies.
