Paypal is a good service, and has many positive points, however like any other bank or finance company it has it's downsides too! Its good points consist of: Easy to use (arguable, but I've always found it okay), it is free to sign up and doesn't charge you anything unless you use it, it is also a secure and safe way of sending and receiving payment with people you do not know which makes things like e-bay and any online shopping when dealing with people or companies you are unsure of, if a company offers paypal as a payment option then they're usually pretty secure. Would love to recommend Paypal to use but in recent weeks it has been a real pain in the back side to use. The website lets you control your money online by keeping it safe and also you can make payments through the website. Its all instant payments with Paypal you can send money over in seconds and also receive it to. They ask for too much these days they love taking your money to.
