Well I wouldn't really call Paypal a bank as they charge you for the service, they charge you commision on certain transactions. Not them giving you interest. It's more of a quick simple way of storing money and also securly and safely sending money online instantly.

You can get funds sent to your account by recieving it from somebody or transfering it from your bank account, by linking your account to your paypal account.

To send money you just need the persons email addres you wish to send it to, the one they use for paypal.

It's also great and widley used by ebay, as when you win an item you can click the Pay button and the amount is payed for you by just confirming it, so it's quick and simple.

If you wish to send money from you paypal account into your bank account, you pay £0.25 unless the amount is over £50 which it is then free to transfer.

You can also upgrade your account for your business aswel, but I'm not sure what else you get with a business account.

Summary: Quick way of sending money, but the fees are a bit steep
