I'v been using paypal now for almost five years in which I use to pay for goods online and on ebay and also to sell my stuff on ebay.

==Registration==
Registration is simple, you put in your personal details and address and your ready to go. It took me around 2-3 minutes to sign up and i was a registerered user. Once you have registerd with paypal you can enter your debit & credit card details so that you can pay online. However you need to confirm the cards. This process takes around 2-3 days whereas paypal deposits two small amounts in which you need to check with in a few days time. You will then need to confirm them on the website. Then there is the business of confirming that you live at the address you have entered and this process is simple, paypal rings the number you give and an automated message from paypal gives you a four digit pin for you to enter. This will then confirm the address.

==Using Paypal==
It's simple to use paypal. If you are buying goods from ebay or anywhere online and decide to pay with paypal, it automatically takes you to the paypal website in which you can pay with either your debit/credit or even do an instant bank transfer.

==Paypal Benefits==
I think the most important and crucial point paypal has made to benefit its users is the dispute console, we all know there are some dodgy sellers and i have been a victim before, I opened up a dispute and i got my full refund. The resolution centre is there to help buyers stay protected online. This ensures that the buyer is fully covered when purchasing goods.

==Withdrawing/Receiving Money==
As i am also selling on ebay now and then, i receive money for selling my items and therefore the cash i earn is then withdrawn into my bank account. It's simple enough, paypal will alert you how much money you would like to withdraw. The money will then appear in your bank account within 3-5 days but it usually takes three days in my experience. If you are selling on ebay or you own a website etc then the money you receive will be automatically placed on your balance which is shown once you sign into your paypal account. You can either withdraw it into your bank account, or leave it and use it to shop online. I usually leave it if i find something nice on ebay.

==Personal/Premier/Business Accounts==
Paypal has three accounts to choose from when you sign up with them.

Personal - This is for members that usually shop online

Premier - This is for members that shop online and sell

Business - This is for members that own a business and want to sell their items on an online marketplace or a personal website.

I currently have a premier account at the moment as i usually shop online and sometimes sell my items on ebay.

==Paypal In General==
Paypal in my opinion is really good, however there are some bad points. Firstly paypal will limit your account if they think there is suspicious activity going on within your account. Even though there is nothing that you may think is going on they will still like to poke there noses in and limit your account. In this case you will either need to fax an ID or something like a recent bank statement. This has happened to me twice last year which really annoyed me. Secondly if you are a seller on ebay, then they will like to poke there noses even more, they will not let you have your monies until the buyer is satisfied with his/her item and leaves you a positive feedback. This recently happened to a friend of mine who just signed up with paypal. Also if there is a problem resolvins issues such as a buyer complaint, this process takes takes ages for paypal to resolve.

==Verdict==
paypal's reputation has grown and is now a world wide company with millions of members and new members signing up everyday. Paypal has been the top leaders for users to pay for goods online and it has grown so much over the last few years. Overall i think paypal is a convinient way to pay online and keeps you safe from fraud. Paying with paypal could not be simpler.
