I changed from Barclays to the RBOS 4 years ago and the service they have provided me with has been excellent.

They have a highline card which you can use that helps to prevent misuse of cards by thieves as it has a picture on the back.

The customer service is excellent and they always get back to you when they say they will.

I use both the on-line and telephone banking that are in place and both help to make my banking much easier. I just sit at my computer and move my money around to where it is needed and I can also pay my bills.

It isn't worth getting the Royalities account unless you are going to take advantage of the services you can get through it though. Even so most people would be able to use some of the services such as commission free money exchange and discounts on loans.

All in all I am a very happy customer
