Advantages: 24Hour service, 365 days a year. Never closed!

Disadvantages: No real face to face contact Having to que at the post office!

It doesn't matter if your a big or a small account holder everyone is treated with the same curtisy. Their current accounts are easy to manage and I love the way they email you to let you know when your statements have been updated, so much easier than waiting for the post or having to visit the cash machine. Which brings me to another point, cash machines, they're all over the place. All your usual banking can be done on line and contact is only a quick email away. Security is excellent and should you need to speak to someone, a phone call usually does the trick. You are treated like a human rather than, as with some banks, a number. The only drawback is the fact that money/cheques have to be paid in at the post office, which usually means a wait, which can be a pain. Paying in facilities at the cash machines would be great. Management please note.
