I love Smile. Often, I want to cuddle them. They were the bank that was invented for me.

First: internet banking. No messing about here, it's fast and easy. If you have a current account, loan account, credit card, ISA, savings account - they're all accessible from the same screen. Transferring money or paying bills is a doddle. The whole thing is a model example of how Internet banking should work.

Next: transferring your existing account. Piece of cake! Just give Smile your bank information and they do it all for you. Honest!

Finally: they're ethical. They're owned by the Co-Op bank, and believe me, there's no better organisation to keep your money with. It won't be used to help Bad Countries buy arms and bombs, it won't be helping to prop up corrupt regimes (apart from the Labour Government, of course, but not much we can do about that) and they promise to invest ethically.
