Yorkshire bank is another one of the banks I use, I only use two though Halifax and Yorkshire bank however this one is by far my favourite and the one I use the most. I have a debit account with them and this account is also online.

They are a pretty big chain of banks, not as large as the Halifax or hsbc branches however in Yorkshire they are pretty much everywhere and they aren't hard to find. They are always helpful and they also have a really helpful customer service centre who do actually understand what you want and help you get to the bottom of your problems fairly quickly.

The online account with them is fairly simple to use, I did have a few problems at the start however this was really my fault in setting it up wrong, but they helped me in resetting everything so I could start again. The site seems very secure you have to put in lots of different passwords and security codes in there to get in which can be a pain as its pretty much impossible to remember them all off by heart, however at least they are thinking about your security.

In branch they are pretty helpful as well, they usually have a few staff on and the queues aren't too long at most places, however there is one branch in particular that the queues get really long but I try to avoid this one unless I have to go there and if I do I go at quite times. All together though they are a really good bank and by far my favourite.
