Advantages: Easy cooking

This product is good for grilling things such as chicken, fish,burgers and even things that you would normally fry like hash browns or fish fingers and therefore as a cooking device it is fully functional. There are grooves made onto a non-stick plate which you put the food items on and the fat then runs down the grooves and into a tray which is used for the fat.

The problem is however that often you will find that the grease has a way of missing the tray and so you have to be very careful about where your grill is mounted.

Additionally with meats like chicken, lamb, steak etc which you may want to season you have to be very careful as you can find that the seasoning can burn very quickly and may form charcoal-like-formations on your meat that have a very disturbing texture. All-in-all a good product but it needs tweaking.
