It also took a very short time to get going, great! 20 minutes from lighting the corner of the touch paper, it was a nice even heat, and hot enough to take the paint off the wall we sat it on (oops!). It cooked the burgers in about 10-15 minutes, which for that thickness of steak mince, is pretty good going. However, it did have a downside. After the burgers were done, so was t...more

This is a slightly belated review of a product I used over a month ago now, but certain details stuck in my head about this disposable BBQ so I wanted to pass them on to any unsuspecting buyers. Sainsburys disposable barbecue A few weeks ago, we actually saw some sunshine, and it was clearly barbecue time. Having made the decision to invite several people round for an evening of sausages and burgers, I felt the gas canister of our gas barbecue and there was very little gas left. Not having time to buy gas it required a trip to my local Sainsburys where I found this, to use as a "just in case..." PRODUCT AND PACKAGING... The barbecue is described as a party barbecue, with sainsburys selling one similar but smaller. It comes wrapped in the usual plastic and once inside, the foil barbecue sits on a small metal stand on the ...  Read the complete review
