The barbecue comes part assembled and is very easy to put together with clear instructions.
It cooks very well providing you follow the instructions in the Weber babecue cook book concerning direct and indirect cooking.
The oil collection tray is a good, simple system that performs very well and genuinely collects the cooking resudue with little mess. it is not necessary to buy loads of replacement trays as the trays can be simply washed in soapy water.
The temperature guage on the barbecue appears to be accurate and is a useful guide.
The barbecue is easy to clean and feels very solid.
The only significant draw back is the lack of a warming rack to keep food hot that is already cooked. It is also difficult to be sure that the barbecue is lit as the flame burns on propane and is very clear. You have to hold your hand above it to see if it is hot!
The Weber cover is not included as standard and is quite pricey at £34.
It pays to haggle on the purchase price as the barbecues are available just about everywhere and it is a competitive market. I managed to secure a 15% discount on both the barbecue and the accessories with very little effort.
