Disadvantages: Only open till 4am!!

Ryans Irish bar is in the heart of the old town of Porto, close to the river.

There is an international crowd, combining tourists and portuguese locals. The bar is on two floors, the upstairs is particularly cosy, with a magnificent stone archway and low lighting.

Great selection of beers and whiskies, both irish and international. They have live music sometimes. Not too expensive....a Pint of Guinness was €4,20. They also have a wide range of cocktails....including the famous caipirinha at €4 a pop!
