This is more of a definite recommendation rather than a full-on, in-depth review of what is essentially just a bar in the Australian outback. Most people end up in Alice Springs as a stop over on their way to Uluru (or a stop over on their way back) and you wouldn't generally spend more than a couple of nights in the town. The biggest highlight has got to be Bojangles Saloon. If you want a proper Australian experience and you've seen the old Fosters adverts and seen the Crocodile Dundee films then you won't be disappointed with Bojangles.
