The word "service" needs to be taught to those who work in Haupeltshofer in Wuerzburg. Waitresses haughty and disinterested in their guests, food okay, but not great, interior decoration new, but not better.
The owners of Haupeltshofer could have come up with a more customer-friendly concept in their attempt to bring their level up a notch.
The miserable breakfast bread rolls, the sour expression on the waitress's face and the length of time it took to pay our bill wouldn't have me recommending it to any of my friends or work colleagues.
Shame really, as it was always such a great spot to meet, eat and chat with friends.
