Cozy is a bar that is different at all times of the day. For me, it is only worth coming to in the morning when they have the English breakfast. Eggs with runny yolks (the only place I know in Vilnius to do this), sausages, toast, jam, mushrooms, tomatoes and free tea, all for around 4 pounds - well this isn't bad. I'm not going to though, I'll get another waste of a few beers worth of money out of my system! I've been to Cozy Club/Cafe Bar in Vilnius a few times. The word Cozy couldn't be far from the description, it's not cosy at all, it's a modern pub with little room for socialising except for with people on your table.
