I have lived in Barcelona 2 years ago and spent in total 7 months there. Easyeverything is located towards the end of the Ramblas, not far from the Colon statue. It is open until 1 am and when you enter it, you have a place on the left where they sell sandwiches and then the till, from where you can get vouchers to navigate the Internet. I used to get a voucher fro 10 hours which cost me 10 Euros and is valid for one month.
