I had never been to any branch of the hard rock cafe before and stumbled across it after being given a voucher for a free fudge brownie sundae with every main meal purchase. This voucher was on the back of the map for the open top bus tour! It took quite some time to find the hard rock cafe, despite being quite famous none of the locals or shop workers we asked knew where it was, so it took some real determination to track it down. This is a branch of the famous Hard Rock Cafe. It is in central Paris and is very easy to get to on the metro. We decided to go here for dinner for our last night in Paris, as we fancied some stodgy American style food after 2 days of Mussels and other assorted French food. When we arrived we were greeted by a very happy French lady, who thought we were French because we spoke the most basic French ever, but she still understood. She sat us at a table with a good view of the resturant and not too near the door so it was nice and warm.
