If you want a quieter drink in New York then this is the place to go. It is an Irish bar, actually run by a real Irish man, in East Village. The bar is like any O'Neills you have even been to in England. Spit and sawdust with lots of wood. There are smoking and non-smoking sections and it is fairly large inside. The menu is very basic and cheap but the portions are huge and the food is good value. We ate a mixyure of chicken wings, fries, burgers, steaks and sandwiches and they were all great quality.
