Well now where do I begin.... Cafe Prock is in a league of their own when it comes to unfriendly service, bad food and overall low standards and bad quality.

On arrival I was pathetically greeted by an overworked manager (whose face looked as if it had not held a smile for an entire lifetime) and a Chinese waitress. I took a seat near the back of the cafe (which was completely empty) and waited approximately five minutes for my order to be placed with the ever so unfriendly waitress. On ordering I tried to pronounce the name of the meal in German, but as I am a native english speaker, I had difficulty with the correct pronunciation. The waitress - as if to add further salt to the wound - sighed as if she could not believe my lack of knowledge about the german language. I then had to point the meal out on the menu after being made to feel like a complete idiot! After this I was somewhat relieved as I had placed my order and could now sit back and relax. The coffee and food arrived within 10 minutes and unbelievably so did the bill which was literally thrown at me by 'Satan' herself. I paid the money and left no tip as I felt the service was beyond appauling and totally unacceptable. The food was terrible and I only managed 3 bites before packing up my things and making a swift exit - NEVER to return!
