Cafe Salzstadel is ideally situated and offers great views onto the Donau river and the lovely medieveil town of Regensburg! The cafe is located inside the Steinbrucke (the oldest bridge in Germany) museum and truly has an atmosphere which sets it apart from most cafes in the surrounding area. The cakes are freshly baked daily and are so delicious that it is hard to resist your next slice (so take care). The waitresses are exceptionally friendly and the service one receives is of exceptionally high quality. I truly enjoyed my outing here and highly recommend this lovely cafe for all enjoying a day out in the wonderful town of Regensburg:) A definate thumbs up for Cafe Salzstadel!
