Swiss Chalet first opened in 1954 on Toronto's Bloor Street and stayed open for 52 years, until 2006 when it closed down due to the construction of a condominium. There are now over 200 restaurants throughout Canada and America. Swiss Chalet is mostly known for being a rotisserie and grill and is famous for it's chicken dishes and dipping sauce.
