Winokracja is a small wine bar/cafe located just off the centre of Warsaw in the Muranow region. Located close to several important Jewish monuments, it is mostly in a residential area and does not really get frequented by the passing tourist trade. Originally just a wine shop that was a bit too hidden and didn't have enough power to compete with nearby 24hr alcohol shops serving cheap plonk or a good enough location (i.e. a shopping mall) to get enough customers, it has evolved.
