Advantages: Lovely fragance
Disadvantages: Doesn't do a lot but fragrance!
One thing I get through an awful lot of is bath foam. I only have a bath in my home, my best mate only has a shower so she baths at mine I have a shower at hers but she tends to use all by products in my bathroom!
This one I bought in Asda recently costing £1.35 and actually it was a mistake. First off I didn't realise that it was meant for children as I didn't notice it said that on the front of the bottle and was with only a few other bath products and secondly until checking my receipt I believed it to be 75p a bottle. On those grounds I wouldn't have bought it especially as Radox was on offer at a pound a bottle a time! However I am happy to report that this according to the information on the back of the bottle isn't just for children but is suitable for use by the whole family!
The Packaging:
This comes in a very large, slightly frosted white but see through plastic, squeezy bottle that holds 1L of the bath foam and to the top of it, it has a pink plastic twist on/off lid/cap. On the front of the bottle we are told that is it Asda Essentials Kids Cherry Bubble Bath and then on the back of the bottle we are told a bit about the product, how to use it and the ingredients within it, the size is stated (as I have listed already), we are told that it is suitable for Vegetarians and contact details for Asda are given. The bottle does look a little cheap but it is informative enough etc.
Using It:
Well as with all bubble baths and bath products generally you simply tip a little of the runny dark pink bath foam into the water. It doesn't really colour the water unless you tip loads in which you don't really want to be doing as it does feels sticky and yukky on the skin if you do that.
This has a wonderful, sweet aroma of cherries to it. Not too strong but very apparent and I really like it. It makes the water soft enough, gives nice white thick foam to the top of the water and doesn't feel greasy or skin drying or anything adverse like that at all thankfully.
When I dry myself off I feel neither particularly moisturised but my skin doesn't feel dried out and prune like either...just normal really and the fragrance lingers on my skin for a good few hours too.
All in all this is a very nice bath foam that for me this is an every day sort rather than a luxurious product but it is pleasant and even makes my flat smell gorgeous after using it and so for those reasons I would buy it again and the fact that a little of it goes a very long way indeed making it economical.....even at £1.35 a bottle!
Only available in Asda stores.
Summary: A so so every day kind of product, if you like the smell of cherries of course!
