When I first saw this in the Avon brochure this year I thought it was definetely one to give to my daughter for Christmas this year as she really loves this fragrance. It is very young, sweet and sugary with a floral touch to it that really suits the younger generations.

This gift set features a tube of Far Away Shower Gel, a tube of Far Away Skin Softener (like body lotion) and a Far Away EDP. It all comes housed neatly in a pretty presentation box which looks quite attractive even it is not the best quality cardboard packaging I have ever come across.

Where things start to take a nose dive downhill is when I realised just how small this set is. The EDP is just 15ml (compared the normal 50ml bottles) and the shower gel and skin softener are just 50ml (compared to the normal 200ml and 150ml). That is pretty poor value for money given that this gift set costs £8. It is on offer at £5 on the run up to Christmas but I still feel that is a little high for such small products. The tubes are not even flip top like the larger bottles are, they are fiddly screw caps.

For £6 I could buy the full sized shower gel, skin softener and body spray and get a free gift bag to put them which I think is much better value for money. I do like this product, I just do not like that Avon have jumped around a lot with the prices again.
