      Advantages

      Disadvantages

Not a bad day to day product

When it comes to Avon I never know what to order and if I have nothing in mind to buy I will buy a shower gel as it's something I use once or twice daily (cos Im a stinky bird gym goer lol).

I usually try to buy things that are on offer and at the time this was priced at 99p a bottle so I thought I'd get this and another one to try out and I liked the idea of the smell of apricots mixed with sunflower!

      The Packaging:

200ml tall cylinder shaped see-through bottle with a flip top lid to the top of it concealing a small hole. On the front of the bottle there is a picture of apricots and a sunflower on there and I'm told it is Avon Naturals, 'Body', Refreshing Apricot And Sunflower Shower Gel and then I'm told that in a foreign language and the size is stated clearly. Other information listed on the back of the bottle includes being told a little about the product and being told how to use it and then that information is given in lots of foreign languages and then ingredients are listed and contact details for Avon are there too. Nice enough bottle, not posh but it looks functional enough.

A Bit About The product According To The Back Of The Bottle:

Formulated with pure apricot and sunflower extracts. Leaves skin cleansed and conditioned.

      Using It:

Well of course I use this in the shower seeing that it is a shower gel lol. So I get myself all wet and add a small amount of this light honey coloured gel to my sponge. It's quite a runny see through gel and I find to wash myself really well all I need is about the size of a 10p coin so a little of this does go a long way.

Smell wise well it does smell more of apricots than anything else but really take a good sniff you can smell something floral in there however in my opinion this could be used by us women or males as the smell isn't particularly feminine and it is rather light when using it.

It lathers up into big, rich white bubbles, releases fragrance as it goes and feels soft but none oily as it's being used and I can also shave my bits and bobs with this with ease if I feel the need to.

It rinses off the skin easily and leaves no residue behind itself and skin is left feeling normal really. I feel cleansed and refreshed but not really extra conditioned but not greasy or dried out either.

I think at the price I bought it offered at it's not a bad buy and it is suitable for everyday use type of thing but my one big complaint is that as soon as you dry yourself off the smell of it totally disappears from the skin! It's ok though!

Only available from Avon priced usually at £2.50 a bottle if not on offer.
