This shower gel is one of the nicest smelling shower gels I have used for a long time. The name Aloha conjures up an image of a tropical Hawaiian beach, and when you use this product, you can drift away and imagine that you are there. It is one of Avon's new shower gels; it comes in either a 250ml or 500ml bottle. The normal price for these is £3.00 for the 500ml and £2.00 for the 250ml but there are often special offers on such as half price. Also available in the range is an Aloha liquid soap (300ml for £2.00), which I think I will definitely buy after trying the shower gel. It is fragranced with coconut and frangipani, I didn't have ... I am usually given a few Avon products throughout the year as gifts either from a relative or friend, both of whom frequently purchase from the Avon catalogues. Recently a relative gave me this Avon Senses Aloha shower gel. I received the 250ml bottle which currently costs £2.00, however there is an offer on the avonshop website for a 500ml bottle at £3.00, which is pretty good value. The bottle itself is fairly atractive, with a light blue lid, and a clear bottle showing the yellowy shower gel inside. On the front of the bottle, you will see a leaves from a palm tree in front of beautiful blue seas, with the obvious intention of making you think of ... Read the complete review

Avon's senses range As regular customers may already know the scents available in their shower gel range can also be supplied in roll-on deodorants and pump action hand soaps that come in bright optimistic colours. The Aloha scent (yellow product/turquoise bottle cap) for instance comes also in the hand soap range, the other older scents such as lagoon (light bluish green product and bottle cap), mystique (red product and bottle cap) and reflection (purple product and bottle cap) are purchasable in shower gel, deodorant and soap. The aloha scent is fairly new and still on observation I am guessing but thus far it has to be my favourite scent from this range. ... Read the complete review

Not saying that I don't go in the shower in winter or that, but it is so refreshing to go in the Shower on a warm day after work, and then you feel more awake, alive and ready to sit in the garden with a nice drink. Then again it is Scotland that I stay, so not a great amount of Sunshine to be had around here. Then again it has been nice recently. This is the latest addition in the Avon Senses Shower Gel range. Not sure if it is just out for summer, but it is more a Sunny, tropical scent, so wouldn't be surprised if this is more limited edition. This comes in a 250ml and a 500ml bottle. The 250ml normally costs £2, but was on offer for £1, and the ... Read the complete review

Avon Senses shower gels are a favourite in our house. They can usually be purchased for £1 or in the offers section. I think the current Avon offer is buy a 500ml for £3 and get a 250ml free (sept 2010) I go for the summery fragrances and the one I am reviewing at the moment is the Aloha shower gel. It comes in a clear plastic bottle that is easy to grip and not drop in the shower and has a light turquoise coloured flip top lid. On the front of the bottle there's a label that shows a beautiful tropical beach scene. The liquid itself is yellow in colour and the texture is just right, not too thick and not too runny, just the right ... Read the complete review
