Biotherm Eau d' Energie Perfumed Shower Cream

I love Biotherm products but do not purchase them regularly though as I do find them very expensive. I was lucky enough to try a free trial years ago in America and thats when I became hooked on the products, they were so good and worked really well so from time to time as a treat I buy something from their range. Biotherm say that this shower cream is a fragrant shower milk which will give you a real energy boost for the skin and the spirit!

This shower cream is beautiful and is one I take in and out of the shower when I am done so my husband doesn't use it, its just for me to feel luxurious with. Its classified as a shower milk and already just the sound of it makes you think its a really thick and creamy and just coats your skin. Well, it definitely does all of these things.

The shower cream/milk comes in a squeezy bottle with a flip top cap at the end so its quite easy to get the cream out although for the shower I think it would have been a nicer idea to have a handle on the bottle as I have no way of storing it, I just have to put it on the shower floor when I am not using it.

The cream itself is lovely and silky and creamy. Its thick but not overly thick and I like to apply it to a shower puff so I only need to use a little bit for it to foam up nicely. I really only need one squirt to be able to use over my whole body so that is nice. When I smooth it over my skin I can really feel it coating my body and making it nice and smooth. After my shower you can really tell that you have nourished your skin and used a really good product on it.

The smell is absolutely amazing too. It has a really fresh fruity smell and apparently its ingredients include 27% natural essence from sun-drenched fruits. This is probably why it smells so authentic and lovely. Its hard to pinpoint exactly what fruits are included but it smells like warm fruits to me and its just a very comforting smell. That, accompanied with the gorgeous milky feel of the shower cream makes it a great product in my opinion. This shower cream also contains Vitamin E and Vitamin F combined with pure extract of thermal plankton which helps to soften the skin.

Its very pricey which is why I very sparing with it and why I only buy one of these every six months or so. A 200ml tube costs £16 but I suppose is about equivalent to buying a perfumed shower cream but its definitely a product I recommend.
