I bought this shower gel as part of a gift set which contained this item and the body butter in the same "flavour". I didn't really want the shower gel to be honest, I bought it for the body butter but on reflection, I am glad I got this shower gel because it is really good.
The packaging is the same as all bliss products, I personally find it quite boring and disappointing when you are paying so much but as I keep saying, it is what is inside that counts.
The shower gel itself smells absolutely gorgeous. It has a very strong scent which lingers on your body after you have washed it off in a similar way to lush products. I find that most shower gels don't tend to do this and once you wash it off, you wash the smell off too but this is obviously a much better quality product than those ones. The scent is "blood orange and white pepper" and it is very, very orangey with a hint of spicey pepper to give it a little kick at the end of the sniff!
The shower gelhas a very thick texture and you really have to squeeze the bottle to get it out, it doesn't just run out like some shower gels. When you apply it to your body, you hardly need to use any of it because it lathers up really well. You will be covered in gorgeous, orange smelling foam in a matter of seconds! The shower gel can actually be used as bubble bath too which is perhaps how it is so foamy. Some people might not like that but I think it's great because it means you use less than you normally would.
If you bought this from an online shop or the bliss spa, It would be around £16 which to me is an absolute rip off. I mean I know I said it is good, and it really is one of the best shower gels I have used, but seriously... £16 for a shower gel? I got the gift set from ebay for £12 for both this and the body butter and I would say that is a reasonable price for what I got although I would probably allocate £9 for the body butter and just £3 for the shower gel.
