      Advantages

      Disadvantages

Nice enough, not sure it's worth the amount of money charged for it though

I really do love an indulgent bath from time to time and I love Boots and Boots 'Botanic' products in particular. I do like things that are rather natural and this costing 5.99 a bottle offered me everything I expected and wanted from a product such as this and I when I bought it I couldn't wait to try it out!

      The Packaging:

300ml slightly frosted white, glass cylinder shaped see-through bottle with a silver screw on/off cap to the top of it. On there front and the back of the bottle there is a light green label and on the front label I'm told is is Bath Botanics, The Pure Power Of Plants Nourishing Bath Milk 'With moisture-infused Avocado and body relaxing Ginger. Nourishes, hydrates and smoothes. On the back label other information includes being told a bit about the product, directions for use and ingredients are listed, the size is stated and contact details for Boots are there to as usual. It's a nice sophisticated and rather large bottle that is informative enough and my first thought on it really when I spotted it was how nice it would be to add to other items of the range to it for a a nice gift for men and women alike (it is Christmas after-all!).

A Bit About The Product According To The Back Of The Bottle:

If plant extracts are pure enough and at the right levels they can provide significant health and beauty benefits. Botanics formulations use the purest extracts at levels that really work.

Benefits: Botanics Nourishing Milk Bath moisturises and softens even the driest skin. Avocados extract drenches the skin with moisture and ginger extract helps ease aching muscles.

      Me And The Bath Milk:

Well all I do with this is plop a little of the light coloured peachy and creamy looking liquid into my bath and then add hot and cold water!

The smell of this is a little planty really and it's hard to pinpoint a smell with it. It is suitable for men, women and kids to use alike though as the fragrance is simply fresh, light and clean and very unisex in my opinion.

A little of this potion goes a very long way as well. I found one small blob of this to not only give me a nice pleasant fragrance, lots of white and foamy and rich bubbles (that lasted for a good hour in my tub with me in them!) but that it also softened my water well enough though not overly so.

For me, yes I find this a little bit hydrating but not oily and when I emptied the water, even though I had shaved my bits and bobs in it I wasn't left with dirty scum marks around my bath either!

      Verdict:

Not as luxurious as I had expected but it is a jolly nice bath foam, opposed to milk. It doesn't over moisturise the skin and the light fragrance this gives off, once dried does disappear somewhat and I don't feel the avocado or ginger are really there and if they are I didn't notice lol.

Great for family use, it is pure and has a natural kind of feel to it but not sure it's worth the amount charged for it really!

      Only available in Boots stores.
