“ Brand: Boots / Type: Shower Gel / Suitable for: Body / Skin type: for dry skin and for all types „
Showering almost every day (sometimes I do have a bath!), I do get through an awful lot of shower gels and creams and things like that. Spotting this rather nice looking can of shower gel, I simply thought it would like nice displayed in my bathroom and after taking a sniff of it in store decided I'd get me some to try out!
200ml light yellow can that is tall and cylinder in shape with a slight curve to its middle for ease of handling and it has a matching coloured lid/cap that goes over a push button aerosol type dispenser. On the front of the can I am told that it is Boots Therapy Japanese Tranquillity Foam Fusion 'Foaming Shower Gel enriched with anti-oxidant green tea and jasmine' and there is a picture of some pretty white flowers on there and the size is stated (as I've listed already). On the back of the can other information listed includes being told a bit about the product and how to use it, warnings are listed as are the ingredients used and contact details for Boots are are given. It's a nice looking sleek can and easy to handle and use etc.
A Bit About The Product According To The Information Given On The Back Of The Can:
Transform your shower into a soothing sensory experience with this deeply indulgent, foaming gel. Just add water to create clouds of creamy bubbles, enriched with anti-oxidant green tea and delicate jasmine blossom. Skin is gently cleansed, nourished and left feeling silky soft with an exquisite fragrance.
Well all you do to dispense this product is to gently push the button. What you get a thin, transparent gel and in patches it foams up slightly but not really at all and I didn't get what I expected, just a gel in the main.
It lathers up well though on moist/wet skin and feels smooth and soft when in use. It lathers up adequately to shave your bits and pieces with ease and it gives off a nice feminine fragrance of delicate flowers, though it isn't overpowering at all on fragrance.
It rinses off with ease and does leave me feeling clean and smelling fresher and most of all it doesn't upset my sensitive skin at all or over moisturise me or anything like that.
This is actually nothing special at all for the price in my opinion. Ok it cleans me up and doesn't harm my skin in any way shape or form but sadly the fragrance vanishes almost as soon as I have dried myself off which means I don't feel fresh all day or anything like that. Not awful, suitable for anyone to use the only big thumbs up I can give it is the styling of the can!
