I love smellies! I have tried thousands over the years so you can imagine if I end up coming back to something, it's pretty good! This is one of my fave body washes and one I always end up putting in the basket when I'm smellies shopping (and yes, I really do go smellies shopping!). This is my review for Imperial Leather Foamburst Moisture Plus: 1. The Smell: This for me is the most important factor when choosing a body wash. I have autism so I am very sensitive (well, with my autism anyway) to smells. A nice smell calms me right down almost straight away, hence the obsession with smellies. This smells divine! It's really floral yet it's quite an ... Read the complete review

When I was pregnant with my daughter I was amazed about the amount of freebies that I got from various companies (it helped that I signed up for everything!). One freebie was a giftset from Huggies which included items such as a trial size pack of wipes, changing mat, antibacterial handgel and a travel size Imperial Leather Foamburst. All items were travel/ trial size which was ideal as I took them into hospital with me which was fortunate as I ended up staying for a week! I've used Imperial Leather Foamburst before but I'd never really bothered with it again as normally I opt for items which are on offer but I wasn't going to knock a freebie! It was packed in ... I am not a fan of imperial leather after having tried their soap. I hate the smell and feeling it leaves my skin when I use it. This is why when my mum bought this home I thought it was going to be the same horrible smell. But I was very much mistaken. This is a sort of shower gel. It comes in a tin container that you have to spray to get the gel out (like a deodorant can). When you massage it on to your body it lathers up really quickly and the burst of scent is released. It feels really smooth and moisturising on the skin and it smells a little like jasmine. I would say that the smell is neither feminine nor masculine and so it can easily be used by both ... I got 1 of the tiny little ones of these from Asda. I don't know if all branches of Asda are much the same but my local one has an area where there is just some little trial sized products. Everything is £1 each or can sometimes be found on offer oon 4 for £3. There is lots of little products such as Shower Gels, Body Spray, Deo's, Talc, Shampoo and so on. These are great f you want to take them on holiday or try something different for a smaller price in case you may not like it. The tin I got of this was only 50mls but it done me a few goes. I think the normal sized tin is 150ml and not too sure of the price but would say it would probably be under £3. So as ... Read the complete review

What Do I Think? I'd class this product as a fun, novelty shower gel, almost a little gimmicky, but actually it's pretty good value for money and it does work! The obvious difference between Foamburst and other regular shower gels is the consistency, which I can only compare to shaving gel - you squeeze it out of the tube into your hand, you only need a little in its gel state, then as you rub it all over your skin it foams and turns into a deliciously scented, rich and quite luxurious feeling lather. A little goes a surprisingly long way with this, and the first time I used it I actually giggled because I wasn't expecting it to be as 'fun' to use (easily ... Read the complete review
