Dove Beauty Cream Bar

Dove is a well known brand that produces moisturising skin products. The beauty cream bar is basically a moisturising bar of soap.

I have used the beauty bar for many years and dont know how I survived without it. A normal bar of soap would leave my skin feeling tight and dry but dove leaves my skin feeling soft and nourished. Every dove bar conatins one quarter moisturiser giving it this moisturising effect. The soap smells fresh and clean and has a thick creamy consistency.

The bar comes in a lovley little box that has a flip lid to open. It looks far nicer than a normal bar of soap. It is packaged in white and blue (as with all dove products) with the dove logo. Each bar contains 100grams and costs approx 79p. The bars are available in multipacks that are a bit cheaper. A two pack costs £1.29 and four pack approx. £1.99. Once opened a bar should be used within 12 months.


One drawback to dove is that is easily disintegrates when left in the shower or in regular contact with water. I have often found a mushy bar if I forget to remove it from the shower.
