Dreams unlimited gift Duo
I went to a friends and family event recently at The Body Shop and decided to pick up some Christmas gifts for the girls in my family as I know they all love the Body Shop and so this was a perfect way of getting my gifts early and cheaper than I would be able to normally at The Body Shop. My favourite new fragrance there this year has been the Dreams Unlimited smell. Ever since I got a free Body Butter with a monthly magazine in the summer i have been hooked on the unusual and unique fragrance.
I was really pleased that they offered this gift boxes as I think they look really nice and exclusive and are going to make really nice Christmas presents. The Dreams Unlimited Gift Duo is described by The Body SHop as a treat for bath time and boudoir. It comes with a 30ml bottle of the Eau de parfum and a 200ml bottle of the Body Wash. I have both these products and know they are of good quality so was happy to buy them for someone else. The bottles come packaged in a nice cardboard box in the dreams unlimited colours, a beautiful purple and blue and the box has a ribbon tied around it to make it look nicer.
The body wash is actually a soap free body wash so if you have a problem with soap drying out your skin then this could be a good product for you. I find that the body wash is really nice on my skin and makes it nice and soft when I step out of the shower. The body wash lathers up well and as I always use a bath puff a little of this product goes a long way as you can add a dollop and foam it up in the bath puff and clean your whole body with just that one dollop.
The amazing smell I mentioned is described as an uplifting fusion of citrus, green chilli, white flowers and fresh aquatic notes. To me it is quite a summery beach smell and quite flowery although not musky or overpowering in any way. It says on the body all day and is really lovely and light and fresh. It also includes community fair trade honey and community fair trade organic alcohol so by buying this you are also doing something good for the community where these products are harvested.
The eau de parfum is just the same and a great smell to be able to spray on. It is light and refreshing and like the body wash really stays on your skin well. I think this will be a really nice gift for someone as they can use it to layer the fragrance by firstly bathing it in and then applying the perfume so really packing the fragrance out.
The gift set normally costs £15 in The Body Shop which I think is a good price for both these products combined.
