This is a bath product that is an everyday price. You don't need a lot to wash your body with and it cleans without drying out the skin too much.
It smells pleasant , not exactly natural but perfectly nice, sort of floral sweet is the best description I can think of.
The bottle is plastic and recyclable through your usual plastics recycling. The lid is a flip top lid then you squeeze the product out through the hole. the contents are a creamy white liquid that is reasonably thick and you can then apply this to your body using your hand, a cloth or if you like a net scrubby thing.
I would not say this moisturises my skin but it may dry out out less than other shower or bath gels. Personally I would choose to use a bath melt or something with shea or cocoa butter in for a truly moisturising bath.
This is one of the many bath. shower products that I buy for everyday use. It is not what I call a luxury product nor one I would give to anyone as a gift. The bottle is quite pretty and looks nice enough on the side of the bath. It is an interesting shape, I am not sure if it is supposed to make it easier to hold in the bath or shower or if the swirling shape is supposed to just be attractive and a bit different.
You can buy this for around a £1 at many discount stores so easy to find on the High street or in a supermarket.
I would say this is a good family product that all could use though some men may find it a bit of a girly scent.
I did not like bathing too often. Yes, it could be very relaxing, especially after a long cold windy day, but my problem is that having a hot bath usually dry my skin. So I've been suggested to use bath creams instead of bath soak. Since last year, I started using Imperial Leather shower cream products because it says it is a "nourishing bath cream".
I found this product on offer for £1 at Wilkinson. However, I have seen many supermarkets and Boots sold this with the similar offer. The reason why I chose this particular Japanese Spa fragrance is because I have never tried this one. I am pretty sure it was new fragrance when I bought it.
Imperial Leather nourishing bath cream products always have nice smell, including this one. I love the smell, and if you haven't noticed, it is really nice to bubble bath in a nice smelling hot tub.
Does the cream actually nourish my skin? I could not say it does. It is much better than using the regular bath soak, but soaking in a hot water would strip my skin out of its natural moisturiser anyway. But what I could say is that using bath cream helps to reduce the dryness.
What I also noticed is that it probably does not bubble as much as a regular bath soak. I am not sure if it is because it is has a creamy texture, or that I have not put enough products in the water.
Overall, this is a nice product I would recommend.
I have been buying imperial leather products for ages and I have a little obsession with all shower gels. I first bought the Japenese Spa one on offer and I have loved it ever since. This also comes in a bubble bath formula, which is also worth a try.
First of all the formula of this product is so creamy. It lathers beautifully (as the adverts suggest) and it leaves my skin perfectly moisturised. I particularly love this for winter.
The smell of this is also fantastic. I would say the title 'Japenese Spa' describes it perfectly. This is sweet and girly, but also has a slight spicy tang. This hangs around on my skin all day and I get so many compliments on how I smell after I have used it. Due to the slight tang this is a shower gel that men could get away with using if they ran out of their own.
The one down side to this and all Imperial Leather shower and bath cream products is the packaging. Thiis is a squeezy bottle, it makes it very hard to control. This means I often dispense more than I need and I can go through a bottle of this very quickly. I much prefer pump action bottles.
These can be found at most chemists and Supermarkets, but are cheapest at pound shops. I have seen a lot of 2 for £1 deals at these types of places, stocks are fairly limited but stocking up is a good idea. There are also a number of other products in the range worth a try (such as the shower foam) - this is definitely worth a go!
