I wanted to try Chox Away soap when it was available last Easter but sometimes Lush soaps make my skin a bit spotty. So when I popped into Lush I asked if it would be possible to try a sample of it. The girls in the store were more than happy to oblige and cut me a faily decent sized sample. I tried it that evening when I got home and was a bit disappointed with the scent. I was expecting a proper chocolate smell but instead it was a bit plastic like and very fake. It is supposed to be a mixture of white and dark chocolate and orange, vanilla and peppermint. I have never been able to smell the anything other than a plastic chocolate smell. To ... Read the complete review

I got s sample of this a few weeks ago (a huge sample,by the way, that has lasted for a long, long time!) and have,I'm ashamed to say, been rather neglecting my other soaps since. It's quite an addictive scent, but surprisingly,it's not the chocolate smell that gets you! It's the combination of the chocolate AND mint that makes it irresistable. It lathers up into a beautiful, soft foam if you spend enough time working it in your hands (and, believe me,I do!). I've spent upwards of 15 minutes sitting in the bath making foam with it in the palms of my hands and just enjoying how soft and luxurious it feels on my skin. The smell is so ... Im a huge Lush addict, so when I heard that a new soap was available I was quick to go and grab myself some! I went to my local Lush and there in the middle of the room was a huge slab of Chox Away, its shaped like a flower and looks really yummy. I went over for a sniff - it was absolutly gorgeous!!!!! Chox Away is sold for £2.89 per 100g. The colour is a creamy brown and if you are lucky you might also get a little bit of the dark chocolate centre. The surface of the soap is smooth to the touch. I have heard good and bad things about this soap, some people love it, others hate it, personally I think its quite lovely. The ... Read the complete review

I spotted this chocolate soap on a recent trip to Lush, but wasn't quite tempted enough to buy some. Would I end up smelling as if my granddaughters had been smearing their chocolatey fingers on my jeans? Much as I love actually eating chocolate, it's not the most alluring thing to smell of. Luckily for me the staff had some sample bars and kindly gave me one to try. My bar is a lovely café latte colour, with a darker shade on the end. Unlike some Lush bars it would look quite nice in the bathroom. I decided to have a freshen up with this before going to Pilates class. The soap foamed up easily in my hands and created a lovely rich foam. Although there is ... Read the complete review

The only thing wrong with this product - its not edible lol! I am a big user of Lush products and this is one of my favorite products, for many different users. The first thing you may notice about this soap, is that it smells divine, just like a chocolate bar, and it looks and feels like one too, so good you could almost eat it. I usually buy this in medium size chunks for around £2.90 and its usually cut in a slice from a huge cake like block, making it look even more tempting lol. This soap is great for senstitive skin, my skin is awful and can rash up at just the mere sight of some products. This product causes me no skin reaction ... Read the complete review
