Ever been rained on on the way to work, just to get there to find the kettle's broken and your boss is stomping around with a face like thunder and a sour milk attitude.....your day continues like this....your favourite sarnie shop has been closed down by environmental health and you can't believe you gave up smoking & chocolate as part of your New Years Resolutions...what does one do to make at least one hour of this day bearable?.......yes that's right, you dissolve one of these bad boys under hot, running water, fill your bath to the top, get in and stay there!
Bad boys isn't perhaps the correct term......try sweet, sexy, yummy piece of loveliness; I defy anyone to tell me that this bubble bar smells anything less than gorgeous. I keep the wrapper in my sock draw, long after the bar has been used; my husband has some of the most girly smelling feet on his building site!
At £2.95 per bath, it's not cheap, however I'm not sure that they're meant for daily use - it's a treat best saved for a really bad day.
The water will be full of bubbles, the bubbles will smell like the bubble bar - you won't, it's a shame and maybe Lush ought to look into a body butter with the same whiff.
If you were to use one bar in half a bath of water you'll have pink water, if you fill your bath right up you'll have grey water but you'll be sat with your eyes closed thinking of all things pink and fluffy so it won't matter!
In the usual Lush fashion, your skin will be left feeling soft and fresh - Candy Bar contains lots of important skin soothers such as cocoa butter and essential oils, there's nothing in there that could cause a problem (some of the Lush Bubble Bars contain loads of glitter and petals which can not only wreck your bath or block your plughole, they can upset some sensitive skins)
I genuinely store these in my clothes drawers, they are wonderfully fragrant. I would recommend these to anyone in need of a bit of TLC.
