What is the Meaning Of The Name Gavernie?
Gavernie is a tiny village in the high Pyrenees. Here you can walk to a majestic waterfall which cascades through 400m and is situated at the back of a glacial amphitheatre rising to over 3000 meters. The air is crisp and clean and the soap is named after the place to mirror the fresh lush grass and wild flowers which are found there. They also say it encapsulates the feeling of fresh long walks and deep breaths of mountain air.

Lush Gavernie Soap What is it? Lush make soaps which are crammed with essential oils, herbs and fresh juices and it is always a great pleasure to me to select a different one to try. They make a nice treat and are fewer calories than chocolate or wine! Some I love and some I leave to others after my first purchase. This one captured my interest and imagination as it is nestled in the retro section of the website. For anyone new to Lush this means that being once very popular some products are withdrawn from the shops, but go on being produced in smaller numbers to satisfy the needs of loyal customers.
