Advantages: High quality, great smell, ethically sourced ingredient.

Disadvantages: Expensive on a budget.

First impression you have the same Lush bottle that you find across the entire range which I personally really like it has the black label with white writing and the logo across the top again in the same way that all the bottled products are labelled.

One thing you find on the lush bottles which I really like are the small round stickers which has a drawing of whoever it was which created the product you're buying and also there name written underneath. I just think this adds a nice personal touch to the product and knowing they made it rather than it being massed produce by machine is also reassuring.

---------------

I got the smaller bottle as I had it put in as a free gift from a friend who works there but it comes in 3 different sizes with varying prices.

100g - £4.75
250g - £9.25
500g - £16.75

Obviously you'll notice looking at the price that it's quite pricey especially if you're comparing to cheaper options you may pick up in the supermarket. But for me there's a number of different reasons I will always pay the extra for Lush products =
Knowing exactly what's in your products as everything they use has a natural source and using the website you can see what's in and even more in-depth information about the individual ingredients.
All the packaging is recycled and is fully recyclable you can also take in your empty Lush pots and bottle tops and for 5 black pots they will reward you with a face mask which would usually come at a cost of £5.75 (they're amazing as well).
Absolutely no animal testing and all the products are sourced in the most ethical way and Lush employees are actually sent to inspect that everything is living up to the high standards (and rightfully so) that they have set. Also could be included in here as it is a big plus for me is that a lot of the products including this one are made from completely Vegan ingredients which cannot be said for a huge amount of the other alternatives on the market.
Great quality products everything has been made using fresh ingredients and also natural ingredients meaning it's very good for your skin especially if you can sometimes suffer from irritation with the chemicals in other products.

Finally on to the actual product it's self.

The shower gel is a green colour obviously matching the given name of grass.

If you smell it straight out the bottle you get a very nice summery smell and the first obvious comparison is to that of freshly cut grass this will be coming from the fresh wheatgrass which makes up a good portion of the ingredients.
The smell when you have actually used it begins to fade and you get much more of a woody smell coming from the Sandalwood Oil.
Personally this way works best for me because I think the smell of the freshly cut grass is a really nice summery smell which cheers you up especially in the winter when you're wishing for those sunny days but it's not a smell I would really want to be following me around all day so the woody undertone when the wheatgrass sent is more washed out seems much better suited.

Focusing on the price again the next point is something to take into consideration in regards to value for money. Out of all the shower gels I have owned (and I've had many of varying prices) this is by far the best in terms of how much you need to use to get a good lather. I find two small squeezes of shower gel about the size of a 50p is enough to cover the entirety of your body and if you have one using a sponge will get even more out of it as it really bubbles up quite well. I shower daily and a large bottle will last me anywhere from 5-6 weeks if I am just using it on my body but sometimes I will use it on my hair which uses a little more just because of the nice scent it leaves.

When the product is washed off and you are dry you will notice your skin feels very nice and soft. Because of the natural gradients used by Lush they pack everything in according to how it will be used so the wheatgrass provides lots of vitamins and minerals that help your skin stay healthy.

Overall I will always recommend Lush to anyone and everyone as it really is worth that little extra you pay to get a great product that you can also feel good about in knowing how everything was prepared and sourced.

Summary: Another amazing quality product from Lush.
