Well upon further investigations it appears that it is a natural antioxidant and when used upon your skin it helps heal and ease any skin complaints such as eczema and inflammation but it has a whole host of properties and is used much in many other ways. For anyone who is unsure they should look into each ingredient to ensure it will not irritate them or cause further problems.

Does anyone like me suffer from bouts of insomnia where no matter how tired you are or how late you go to bed to try and tire yourself out, you end up waking up at the crack of dawn feeling awful with a fuzzy head unable to sleep? Having a stressful job means you can pretty much guarantee that when I come home from work I often find it hard to wind down and relax, even alcohol is often a waste of time.
